Community Guidelines
Every match on CallMe puts you live with a real stranger, one at a time. These guidelines keep that private moment safe and respectful for both people. Please read them and follow them on every call.
1. The basics
CallMe works because two strangers can trust the space for a few minutes. That trust rests on a few simple principles:
1.1 Respect the other person
Disagree if you want, but don't insult, discriminate against, or attack the person you're matched with for who they are.
1.2 Protect their privacy
Don't ask for, record, or share another person's personal information without their consent — and don't screenshot or redistribute a private match.
1.3 No explicit or violent content
Sexually explicit exposure, violent, or graphic content on camera or in chat is not allowed, regardless of whether both people consent to it.
1.4 Follow the law where you are
Your conduct on CallMe must comply with local law, especially anything related to the protection of minors.
1.5 No false information
Don't use a match to spread scams, fraudulent offers, or misleading promotions.
1.6 Report, don't retaliate
If something goes wrong on a match, use skip, block, and report instead of escalating it yourself. We act on every report.
1.7 Zero tolerance for minors
CallMe is an 18+ service. Any account found to belong to, or to be targeting, a minor is removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. What's not allowed on a match
These rules apply live, on camera, in voice, and in text — the same standard applies wherever the conversation happens:
2.1 On camera
No nudity or sexually explicit exposure, no depiction of violence or self-harm, no content designed to shock or disturb the other person.
2.2 In voice or text chat
No sexual solicitation, hate speech, threats, harassment, or pressuring the other person to move to an unmoderated off-platform channel.
2.3 Display name
No impersonation of another real person or brand, no slurs, and no contact information used to route people off-platform.
2.4 Profile photo (if you set one)
No explicit imagery, no photos of anyone other than yourself, and no photos containing another person's contact details.
3. Enforcement
We take violations seriously. Depending on severity and whether it's a first offense, action can include:
- A warning for a first-time or minor issue.
- Temporary suspension of matching for repeated or moderate violations.
- Permanent account termination for severe or repeated serious violations, including anything involving minors.
We decide the appropriate action based on the nature of the violation and the report we receive. Using skip, block, and report on every match — not just the ones that go wrong — helps keep the whole queue safer.
